Tehran Unveils Mohajer-10 Drone Resembling American MQ-9 Reaper
In the Iranian capital of Tehran, the defense ministry recently showcased a new drone named Mohajer-10, which bears a striking resemblance to the American MQ-9 Reaper. This drone has the ability to stay in the air for a whole day and can potentially reach Israel, a long-time adversary of Iran.
The Mohajer-10: A Symbol of Technological Advancement
The term “Mohajer,” which translates to “immigrant” in Farsi, has been a significant part of Iran’s drone lineage since 1985. According to reports, the Mohajer-10 can soar to an altitude of 24,000 feet with a speed of 210 kph (130 mph). Moreover, it can carry up to 300 kilograms (660 pounds) and has advanced electronic surveillance gear and a high-resolution camera.

Although independent verification is pending, a state television arm shared a video of the Mohajer-10 drone taking off from a runway. So far, there has been no immediate response from Israeli officials regarding this development.
